Create forms

  1. Access the forms section: Log in to your claimr account and go to the Forms tab in the claimr admin panel.

  2. Create a new form: Click Create form button to create a new form. You will be redirected to the form creation page, where you can name your form and add content.

Once you've created a form, you'll see a table listing all your forms. This table includes:

  • Form ID: A unique identifier for each form.

  • Name: The name you assigned to the form.

  • Pages: The number of pages in the form (this feature is currently deprecated).

Table features include:

  • Sorting: You can sort the table by form name.

  • Deleting a form: Select the checkbox next to the form you want to delete and click the "Delete" button.
