Create new campaign

  1. Sign in to ⚡️claimr admin panel Open your web browser and navigate to the login page: https://panel.claimr.io Enter your email and password to sign in.

  2. Select your organization

    Choose the organization for which you'd like to create a campaign. Click on the organization's tile, and you'll be taken to its page.

  3. Start your campaign Click Create new campaign button. You’ll be guided through the new campaign creation flow.

4. Fill out the campaign basics

  • Choose a clear and recognizable name.

  • Customize how points are referred to (e.g., “Points”, “XP”, “Tickets”).

  • Select the platforms your users will use to join the campaign (e.g., Twitter, Telegram, Discord).

Click Continue when you’re ready.

  1. Choose a template or start from scratch

You’ll now see the template screen. Choosing a template will preload the campaign with suggested tasks and settings.

  • Empty – Start from a blank campaign. You’ll set everything up manually.

  • X Basic / Discord Basic / Telegram Basic / Referral Basic – Use templates with predefined flows for specific platforms.

Congratulations! You've successfully created your first ⚡️claimr campaign. You'll find it right there on your dashboard.

After selecting a template or an empty campaign, you’ll be redirected to either:

  • The Tasks settings page (if the template includes preloaded tasks), or

  • The Quest group settings page (if you selected “Empty”).

From there, you can begin setting up your campaign in detail. To continue the setup, visit General settings
